Version 2 of the Falcone International Risk Assessment (FIRA) presents 25 questions about risk management and resilience. The free questionnaire provides an on-screen score and area breakdown based on the answers selected.
The assessment returns a score and risk band based on self-reported answers. Those results can identify subjects for discussion, but do not independently establish how well a control works.
What's new in FIRA v2?
Each question offers five statements. Choose the one that best describes your organization, then review the results against the information you actually hold.
Your score appears on screen immediately after completion. You can optionally provide an email address to share your results with Falcone for follow-up.
FIRA is free to complete. It offers a structured starting point for a discussion about risk management, with no email address required to view the score.
Why use FIRA v2?
Use the result to identify answers worth reviewing with the people responsible for those controls. Consider whether your industry, jurisdictions or operating model require questions beyond those in the questionnaire.
If you want to discuss the results, you can share them with Falcone or request a call back. Any further engagement would have its own agreed scope.
